A un-married women who kills their child because they are afraid of their own social humilty going down hill should not be forgiven. Born or unborn, you are killing a child that has been a human since conception. Approximatly 1.37 million abortions happen each year. Thats 1.37 babies that could one day grow up to be a doctor, lawyer or maybe even president. 52% of the women that have abortions in the U.S. are younger than the age of 25 and 64.4% of abortions are performed on never-married women. This tells me that they are worried about responsibilites and their social (or love) life being critisized. To me, it doesn't matter what other people think. It's another life so don't take it just because you may have made a mistake.
Yes the young woman was completley and utterly wrong in what she has done, but I believe we are to be in the image of the Lord and that means we are to forgive everyone. Yes we may be full of greif and lament thinking about what the young woman has done by killing this human child inside her, but we are to forgive always. God will judge her in the end, and as he says while we are here on this earth we must do what is right and one of those things is to always forgive.
